addition to the 20x20 master bedroom
Second full bathroom still in its original condition with vintage Crane
fixtures and funky '50's tile. I am hoping to keep this as-is, just a
little restoration necessary.
The 1/3rd basement leads into
the crawl space. According to the inspector, this is only the
third house in 15 years he's seen built like this, with 5' crawl spacesand poured concrete floors throughout.
Lights and switches everywhere. It made it very easy for me
to workunder the house.
So far I have replaced 80% of the canvas/asbestos insulated
galvanized iron pipes (seen below)feeding
the fixtures with new copper pipe (it was done carefully & safely
and disposed of properly).
