The living room with limestone fireplace and slate-tile hearth

Dining room

A fully paneled bar/rec room with oak tile floor and bathroom.  The bar can be hidden by sliding pocket panel doors.  The room is lit by neon that is inside the valence at the top perimeter all around the room.

Big picture windows let in plenty of daylight and give a great view of the front yard

The sauna is a cozy and warm addition to the 20x20 master bedroom

Second full bathroom still in its original condition with vintage Crane fixtures and funky '50's tile.

I am hoping to keep this as-is, just a little restoration necessary.

The 1/3rd basement leads into the crawl space.  According to the inspector, this is only the third house in 15 years he's seen built like this, with 5' crawl spaces and poured concrete floors throughout.  Lights and switches everywhere.  It made it very easy for me to work under the house.  So far I have replaced 80% of the canvas/asbestos insulated galvanized iron pipes (seen below) feeding the fixtures with new copper pipe (it was done carefully & safely and disposed of properly).
