My '67 Firebird HO Convertible restoration!

This project started in Jan. of 1998, as you can see it was a "basket" case.  This is my first restoration project.
Special thanks to Hoosier Classic Cars of Bloomington, IN for their masterful metalworking and welding.
All other work has been completed by myself.

This is a rare (number produced unkown - est. ~200) 1967 Pontiac Firebird HO (High Output) in Montreaux Blue with white H-O stripes.  It features  a 326 ci. engine with a Carter A.F.B 4-barrel carburetor rated at 289 bhp/360 ft-lbs, a 3-speed manual floor shif tramsission, and 3.36:1 differential. The rear suspension includes two factory traction bars.  This 'Bird is equipped with a Parchment Deluxe interior and originally came with a black convertible top.

The restoration took about 8 years to complete.  I did most of the work within my two car garage and did the sandblasting on my driveway for two summer seasons.
